3. You can continue shopping as you will automatically return to the page you were at. The item(s) you previously selected will remain in your cart wherever else you decide to go in the store, and you can always remove the item later if you change your mind. WARRANTY:

All new and reproduced products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. Liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make an exchange or return for refund, we ask that this be done within 30 days after purchase. If the reason for your return is our error, we will pay the shipping costs both ways. However, all parts must be returned Freight Prepaid, by way of the least expensive transportation.


DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE:

Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If you should receive parts that are freight damaged or missing due to a broken box, contact the carrier (i.e. UPS,Post Office, or freight line) immediately. They will process your claim. If you find a shortage in your order, you must advise us of that shortage within 7 days. We can only accept responsibility for shortages reported within that 7-day time period. Please do not ship damaged parts back to us without prior authorization. We will do everything to see that you are taken care of as quickly as possible.


RETURNS:

We consider all sales final unless a part is either: Defective or Other than ordered. A return will not be accepted after 30 days. Returns must be made in their original packing. Any part returned must be in NEW-SALE condition. Parts which installation has been completed or attempted are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to check parts for correct fit BEFORE installation. A part which has been disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted or modified in any way cannot be returned. Any incomplete kit cannot be returned. Installation, disassembly or modification done by a third party on behalf of a customer is not an exception to our policy. The purchaser has full responsibility for the condition of the part.

Refunds are made in the same manner in which you made payment. Credit to your charge card or refund check if you paid by check. Credit to your charge card will not appear until you receive your next billing statement. Refunds on orders paid by check will be issued after 10 working days from receipt of check.

All returns must have shipping charges prepaid, including duties, custom & special handling charges, where applicable. We recommend that you return your items via UPS for better service and traceability. CODs will not be accepted.

On returns due to our error, your shipping expenses will be reimbursed based only upon UPS ground charges. If a re ship is necessary, we will pay ground shipping charges.

If the return was not caused by our error, or not accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be charged. This fee will be waived if the full credit from the return is applied to a new order received with the refunded parts.

Please package your returns carefully in original packing.

Returns cannot be accepted on the following items: Electrical Parts, Books, or items with which installation has been attempted.

All returns must have a copy of your original invoice, as well as a letter of explanation and may be subject to a restocking charge.

Core Charges and Core Prices:

What is a Core? Certain types of auto parts can be recycled or, more specifically, remanufactured for future sale. Parts that may have a core value include brake shoes, brake master cylinders, water pumps, starters and alternators . The sale of a remanufactured part involves the price of the part itself, as well as an additional core charge to encourage the return of the old part for remanufacturing purposes. The core charge, sometimes called a core price, is a form of deposit you pay until returning your old part. Some items are sold "ACO". This means "against core only".

You Must send us a rebuildable core before we will send a rebuilt part. If you don't have the core at the time of purchase, you must pay the core charge. That charge is refunded to you when you return the core. As long as the old part you return is in acceptable condition, your core charge will be refunded.

Before returning the used core, be sure to drain all fluids from the core and place it in a plastic bag to prevent leakage in transit. Then, pack the used core in the box that contained the original part you just purchased. Please include a copy of your original invoice showing the core charge with your "core". Please state the reason for the return as a "used core". All core parts being returned for refund of the core charge must be returned within 90 days of the purchase of the new part. Please allow a minimum of 90 days after you return your "core" for your core to be evaluated as returnable and refundable. Parts in poor condition are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please return your "core" directly to us.
